The Shindig Flamingos Tarot Card Tee
The Shindig Flamingos Tarot Card Tee, depicting Tarot by Design™ Major Arcana Card Number 37, is bright. Like, really really bright. Jacki purposefully amped up the saturation and hues on this one, realizing folks will probably either be strangely drawn to it or find it to be downright obnoxious. Love it or hate it; make of it what you will. The final design reminds her of something a super cool and quirky main character in an 80's - 90's Gen X movie would wear in the scenes when they're just chillin' out at home, not trying to fit in or impress anyone. Alternately, or maybe in addition to, they might wear it out to a favourite dance club and inadvertantly start a trend just by choosing to be themselves.
Flamingos are filter feeders who employ a variety of techniques to gather their food, one of which is stomping their feet around in the water to stir up sediment, bringing food up to the surface for consumption. Brine shrimp are a mainstay of their diet, contributing to the beautiful and varying shades of pink and orange for their feathers.
